DOSHA

According to Ayurved the three Dosha of Body.

(1) VAT  (2) PITTA  (3) KAFA

For good health above tridosh are to be balanced (SHAM), Called “PRAKRUTI” and if imbalanced (VISHAM), Called “VIKRUTI”.

VIKRUTI (Imbalance) means increase or decrease in Dosha (any one or two or all three). VIKRUTI is a diseased condition of body.

To balance all 3 Doshas in Ayurved there are AHAR (Diet), VIHAR (Regimens) & AUSADH (Medicine).

AGNI

The food which we take is digest by “JATHRAGNI” and converted into “DHATU”. Dhatu is further makes dhatu by “DHATVAGNI”.

For better metabolism AGNI should be balanced (SHAM AGNI). If it is less (MANDAGNI) or more (TIKSHAGNI) than creates health problems.

It is important that AGNI should be maintained as “SHAM” (Balanced).

 DHATU

As per Ayurved there are seven “Dhatus” in our body. RASH, RAKTA, MANSA, MEDA, ASTHI, MAJJA and SUKRA. All above “Dhatus” uniformly makes the frame of body.

DHATU makes further DHATU by metabolism. The extract of Dhatu Sukra is called “OZA”. OZA means KANTI, ABHA, PERSONALITY. Dhatus regularly nourishes from another Dhatu is most important.

 MALA

During metabolism, some non-use substance to be produced called “MALA”.

Urine (Mutra), Stool (Purish), Sweat (Sweda) are “MALA”. MALA (West Materials) that are excreted out of the human-body.

 AAM”

Because of Mandagni, the unriped “RASH” is accumulate in stomach, called “AAM” or “KACHOAAM” unripe elements.

AAM is responsible for several disease, therefore Aam must be controlled (Digest) and to make “NIRAM” for “NIRAMAYA” (Healthy).

 MANAS

Ayurveda believes the Body is not only a substance, but it also strongly connected with “MAN”.

The functions of body can be differ by “MAN”. The status of MAN can give good health and illness as well.

Calm, Anger, Worry, Thinking, Working, Ego are the status of “MAN”.

For physically and psychologically health, proper combined formulation of AHAR (Diet), VIHAR (Regimens), AUSADH (Medicine) is require.

In a Short,

DOSHA, DHATU, MALA, AGNI, AAM, MANS all jointly in proper (SHAM) condition means long healthy life.
